We provide a wide range of high quality over-molding options from simple rip stops to complex transition molds. These over molds provide improved strain relief and mechanical structure for the wire terminations and flex relief. The modular design approach used by us allows for a very cost effective solution for our customer. Very complex, and at the same time economical, configurations can be achieved using our innovative overmolding technology.

Our overmold cable wire harness products can have molded joints to prevent separation or fatigue. These joints are molded over the wiring harness to provide an added measure of strength without significantly increasing cost. This type of overmold harness is found in many applications such as automotive, robotics, engines and industrial applications.
